Oracle, as one of the leaders in digital transformation, launched an agency competition attended by some of the industry's leading agencies.

 

X-ternal managed to get hold of this important account as an ambitious challenge with a main focus: take responsibility for the digital transformation of the Spanish area.

 

With a 100% digital methodology, a global strategy was developed based on the generation of personalized content and actions as a basis for communication. To achieve this, a digital transformation plan was designed based on 4 pillars:

 

- Creating a new digital identity and providing content to different social profiles through a one window strategy.

 

- Define a new digital strategy and customize the content according to this new positioning.

 

- New business opportunities through leads actions.

 

- Dynamization plan based on specific campaigns, events and the identification and segmentation of the main influencers of the technological sector.

 

All actions are supported by paid media campaigns, monitoring, KPI reports and a great creative team and not forgetting the employees that continues acting as the main ambassadors of this transformation following a Culture 2.0
